What are the accreditation requirements for U.S. investors?

Since we are issuing security tokens, not utility tokens, under U.S. Regulation D, specifically 506(c), our VYT Tokens can only be purchased by U.S. investors that qualify as “accredited investors” (as defined in the Rules 501 of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended).  Please note that our VYT Tokens are speculative investments that involve financial and other risks and are suitable only for sophisticated investors that are capable of bearing the risks of such investment.
