How can I sell my VYT Tokens?

Since we intend to issue a security token under U.S. Regulation D for U.S. investors and Regulation S for non-U.S. investors, regulations require a one (1) year lock-up on all token sales.  However, once the VYT Token is freely tradeable, any: (i) U.S. persons that are “accredited investors” may trade VYT Tokens on a regulated U.S. exchange, such the Alternative Trading System (ATS); and (ii) non-U.S. persons may trade VYT Tokens on any exchange permitted under the laws, rules and regulations to which each non-U.S. person is subject and and may transfer any VYT Token to any verified Ethereum address.
